In this 12 week course we will go in depth on all things nutrition, lifestyle and exercise. You will learn the why’s and the why not’s as well as separating fact from fiction on all things health that you thought you knew. This is a very in depth course. By the end of 12 weeks you can feel confident that you will be making the best dietary/lifestyle decisions for yourself .
